Acted as a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 CE field service to support digital vaccine bookings throughout hundreds of physical pharmacies in the US. Optimized plugin code for team development, performance, readability, unit testing, maintainability, and coding standards. Developed a configuration data migration process to reduce deployment efforts. Managed deployments to production. Reviewed solution deployment framework for best practices. Provided technical input into Github actions CI/CD development for Dynamics 365 solution source control and deployments.
