Dynamics 365 Sales Vanilla Implementation

Implementing the basics of Dynamics 365 Sales can be simple. Here’s what that looks like. It all starts with customizing fields and forms for leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities, and then adding a sales process. Leads can be captured into the CRM system by using a web lead form or manually. Leads should be qualified or disqualified, and opportunities should be ranked by estimated revenue and close probability. The Dynamics 365 Sales module has LinkedIn integration to view and ingest lead data; I would suggest using this functionality. Leads can be segmented and started on a sales sequence of touch points. Revenue forecasting based on opportunity size, probability and estimated close date is also a great feature to utilize for your leadership. Each sales rep should have a revenue goal set in the system. The business is recommended to add their Sales Literature into the system for their sales team to reference. Data enrichment is also available but was not implemented in this project.
