Dynamics 365 Field Service Full Implementation

Acting as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 Field Service, Sales and Power Platform, this implementation involved a full implementation of Field Service including management of sales and service territory, account, contact, opportunity, work order, booking, site, asset, agreement, maintenance scheduling, product, quote, order, inventory, and much more. The most challenging component was developing a comprehensive sales opportunity to work order process to automate the completion of installations and customer billing. Inventory integration and consumption was also a challenge as this system utilizes Business Central as an ERP system and required integration. This implementation covered the full stack of available features within Dynamics 365 Field Service.
