Acted as the lead and Dynamics 365 CE subject matter expert to modernize a mid-sized enterprise business’ Dynamics 365 CE legacy system that had been built over 10 years. This project involved a complete rebuild, data migration, integration, project planning (scope, WBS, estimates, requirements), CRM Admin training, development for Dynamics 365 CE / CRM, connected a mobile app to Dynamics 365 CE, repaired past consultants’ development by introducing industry best practices, provided licensing strategy that reduced costs by over 60%, delivered a high-grade system that’s used extensively and is reliable (requires almost no support).
