Power Platform & Dynamics 365 CE Global Implementation Proof of Concept

Acted as the development lead to build an extensive CRM Proof-of-Concept on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform that was transitioned to a large systems integrator to create their MVP. This Proof-of-Concept was intended to lay the groundwork in proving technology stack for a global CRM implementation eventually rolling out to all 40+ operational corporations of this business. This business has revenues in the multi-billions and operates worldwide making many acquisitions throughout this project.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE technologies used included Dynamics Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Customer Voice, Customer Insights (CDP), Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent, including automated chatbot capabilities, advanced business applications, business reporting, workflow automation, customer Account 360 view, Mobile App integration, licensing planning, Azure DevOps CI/CD, survey integration, Omnichannel chat (WhatsApp, SMS, web chat, bot), customer journeys for automated marketing (SMS, WhatsApp, Email), Microsoft Teams integration for collaboration, Outlook integration (tasks, contacts, appointments, emails), outside Sales Assistant dashboard (tasks, appointments, route planning on interactive map), App notifications for reminders, Event Management portal, document storage organization, VoIP with Microsoft Phone System, Session Border Controller and Azure Communication Services, etc.
