Acted as the development lead to build a software application on top of Dynamics 365 Marketing which is used extensively to communicate with customers via email. Marketing emails are programmatically built using multiple external data sources and user inputs to dynamically generate email content while maintaining out of the box capabilities of Dynamics 365CE, CASL compliance functionality, develop API services, plugins, workflows, image processing (crop and resize), utilizing azure blob storage, email template design, CMS integration, UI/UX development. This billion-dollar business created complex emails that are very data intensive, and this software made it fast and simple to compose emails.
